Omer's neoprene quality is genuinely superior to most of the competition at a comparable price. The UP line (designed in collaboration with legendary freediver Umberto Pelizzari) uses neoprene that's more supple, more consistently flexible, and more thermally efficient than comparable thickness in standard brands.
The women's cut is well-executed: shoulder panels allow full overhead arm extension, the waist fit doesn't require sizing compromise between chest and hips, and the two-piece overlap at the core provides the insulation advantage that's standard in quality freediving suits.
